Alex has assessed leaders globally across all continents.

Ayşe Buyçe Tarhan

Organization Development Consultant & Executive Coach

Organization Development Consultant and Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience. She has held leadership roles at major international companies including Microsoft, HSBC, and the World Bank. Buyçe is an accredited Senior Coach and Coach Supervisor (ICF/EMCC) and specializes in assessing senior leaders and managing cultural transformation programs.

Dalene Erasmus

Management consultant with over 35 years of experience in Competency-based Assessment and Leadership Development. Dalene is a specialist in People, Culture, and ESG Due Diligence, psychometric assessments, and implementing selection and development programs for multi-nationals across all continents. She holds an Honours' Degree in Psychology.

Retired Group Executive: Bank Technology, Cloud, DevOps, IT infrastructure and Operations. Barry led the migration of over 50% of Nedbank's workloads to Azure, leading Cloud migration on the continent. His expertise includes IT Operations, DevOps, and building the bank's ESG "Green as a Service" platform.
