ADD (Assessment, Design and Development) Management Consulting was established in 2003 to provide specialized and customized assessment services to both the Private and Public sector.
Since its establishment, ADD Consulting has grown from a small consulting firm into an Assessment Brokerage firm. We manage large assessment projects on behalf of clients through a network of Registered Psychologists and Assessment/Development Centre Experts.
We currently deliver assessment services globally. This year, we are proud to celebrate 20 years of excellence in talent identification and development.
